Thank you for choosing to book with Soundlets .We look forward to welcoming you. By making this booking you are entering into an agreement with us .Please read our Terms and conditions of booking below.


The price of the accommodation includes the following - electricity, linen, Cleaning, hot water and heating.

You will need to pay 20% of the cost of the holiday and send a completed booking sheet within five days of your reservation to be confirmed. The full balance is to be paid six weeks before the holiday starts.

Please note there is no booking fee and the only extras to be considered are a pet charge of £20.00 per week where applicable. A cot and high chair charge of £20.00 per week when requested.

Parking permits at certain properties by prior arrangement are payable in advance at a rate of £3.00 per day.

Confirmation of booking

On receipt of a completed booking form and deposit or full payment (where applicable when booked within 6 weeks), Soundlets will e-mail or send the customer their confirmation of booking.

Once the balance has been paid you will receive instructions on key collection, travel directions plus any other further information relating to the property.

Acceptance of children

We welcome children of all ages and will advise on the suitability of the property at the time of booking.


Well behaved pets are permitted by prior arrangement only at the discretion of the property owners.

Cancellation and Insurance

By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is non - refundable. If you cannot take your holiday and the property cannot be re-let, you are still liable to pay for the booking in full if cancelled less than one month before the holiday. If we do succeed in re-letting the property, you are no longer liable for the balance. We will refund the balance less a 10% administration charge.

Please note that your deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. We would recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to cover this cost.

All cancellations must be confirmed by e-mail to becky@soundlets.co.uk or in writing.

Non- availability of accommodation

We would only cancel your holiday accommodation for reasons beyond our control .We would however attempt to offer you alternative accommodation.If this was not possible, or acceptable to you,then we would refund all the monies paid by you for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.


Your accommodation will be available to you from 3 o'clock on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing the property.

Late arrival procedure

Please ensure that you contact us no later than 12 o'clock to let us know that you will be arriving late.

Failure to notify the property manager of a late arrival may result in a waiting charge or your reservation being cancelled


Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 10 am on the day of departure unless otherwise arranged.

Departure clean

Guests are reminded that they must leave the property in the same condition as when they arrived, remove all food items from the cupboards and fridge. Please take personal belongings home and follow our instructions about where to place rubbish etc or they will be liable for extra cleaning costs. If the apartment isn't left in an acceptable condition and we have to carry out extra cleaning above and beyond what we would normally expect to provide between guests this will be charged at £20.00 per hour.


You will be supplied with one set of keys upon arrival. On the date of departure, keys must be returned to Soundlets. Any keys not returned on the date of departure will be charged to you at a cost of a minimum of £100.00 to cover replacement keys and lock changes.

Lost or stolen keys will be charged at £30.00 per key.

Extra sets of keys will be charged at £20.00 per key.


The number of people permitted to occupy each property is limited to the number of beds as indicated on the website. However, in some properties, a temporary bed can be provided for short periods and will be charged by prior agreement at the time of booking.

If, on any occasion, the number of people permitted to occupy a property is exceeded, Soundlets reserve the right to cancel the customers stay with immediate effect and withhold the payment.

Please be aware that we require the names of all occupants due to stay in the chosen apartment. If there are additional persons found to be staying at the apartment without our prior agreement, then all guests will be asked to leave immediately with no refund due.

Damages and Breakages

We require a damage deposit of £250.00 to be held until the day of departure, following our inspection of the property we will refund the deposit. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, all we ask is that you report any incidents as they occur.

Any substantial damage to the property, the building or their contents will be invoiced separately and must be paid by the guest immediately.

The Guest agrees to pay for any losses, claims, damage or expenses incurred to Soundlets.

No smoking policy

Smoking is not allowed in any property or the communal parts of a building. Soundlets reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card to cover the costs of redecorating the property and replacing smoke stained fittings and fixtures, if there is evidence that there has been smoking in the property during the guest's stay.

Broadband Access

Soundlets provides a 24/7 Broadband facility in all apartments at no additional charge. However, whilst Soundlets will make every effort to ensure that the service is available at all times, should there be a fault with the user's hardware or software, or the service is temporarily suspended, the company do not offer any refund or reduction in the rental rates.

Soundlets does not assume any responsibility for any damage to a computer belonging to a customer, nor the data contained on it, or the security of any data transmitted over the Internet. It is the sole responsibility of customers to protect their computers from viruses, loss of data and/or unauthorised access.


Soundlets cannot be held responsible for any failure or interruption of services to the apartment, including electricity and water or any damage, disruption or noise caused as a result of repair works being carried out in another part of the property.

Lost Property

Any items left in the property will be kept at the company head office for a maximum of three months after the departure date. Customers will be expected to pay for any postal/delivery costs associated with the return of such items.


We do not accept any liability or provide any insurance cover for any damage,loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent Act by ourselves or our employees or contractors.


In the unlikely event of a complaint, it should be brought to the attention of the property -manager immediately. Failing a satisfactory solution, you should contact Soundlets and a written compliant should be logged within 14 days of departure.

Special Requests

Requests for specific houses, cots, highchairs, camp beds, etc. must be made at time of reservation and whilst we will endeavor to meet all special requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

Disabled Persons

It shall be the consumer's responsibility to disclose, prior to booking, to Soundlets any physical or mental condition of a member of his party which may be relevant. Soundlets reserves the right to decline or provide a holiday for a disabled person where in our mind, the holiday home would be inconsistent with the special needs of a disabled person.

Tenants' obligations

The tenants agree to:

a.Take good care of the property during occupation maintaining all furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects in the same state of repair as at the commencement of the holiday;

b.use the property and its contents in a safe and appropriate manner;

c.read instruction booklets before use of appliances;

d.keep the property secure and lock (where locks exist) all windows and doors whenever the property is left unoccupied and comply with security and safety precautions;

e.not to use the property or any part of it for any of the following, nor allow anyone else to do so: activities which are dangerous, offensive, noxious, noisome, illegal or immoral, or which are or may become a nuisance or annoyance to the owner, or to the owner or occupier of any neighbouring property;

f.Not to act in any way which will or may result in the insurance of the property being void or voidable, or in the premium for the insurance being increased, nor allow anyone else to do so;

g.leave the property in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found; (an additional cost will otherwise be incurred to cover the extra cleaning)

h.report any damage or breakage immediately to the owner;

i.pay the costs arising from any breakages, damage to furniture or fittings, removal of any items from the property, damage to the exterior of the property including any damage to neighbours' property;

j.not make any noise at the property which is audible from outside it between 11pm and 7 am;

k.place refuse, surplus food and unwanted articles in bin liners inserted in the waste bins provided and, if full, to dispose of the contents of the bins in the refuse container outside of the house and to replace disposed of bin liners with fresh empty ones;

l.not drop any litter in the roadways, paths or parking areas;

m.use only the designated parking space/s on the driveway;

n.not block the waste pipes and drains;

o.not tamper with the electrical, gas, water or sewage services, pipes or equipment.

Payment Method:

We accept most credit cards (All Visa, Mastercard and AMEX card transactions are subject to a 2.5% charge).

Direct Bank Transfer (Bank details available on request) Hirer responsible for all bank charges.

Sterling Cheque (Minimum 4 weeks prior to commencement of stay)

Privacy Policy

Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer. With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and Offers. We will not share your details with any third party.

Confirming receipt of your Booking Confirmation email acknowledges your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Payment of the Full or Initial charge also indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Please note that, should a customer/s be in breach of these terms and conditions, Soundlets reserve the right to request that they vacate their apartment within 24 hours.
