When an online booking enquiry is made you automatically receive an e-mail from us containing booking information such as how many people there are and for how long they wish to stay. Our regional representatives will be on hand to visit you to discuss your requirements. We can provide digital photographs free of charge.

We aim to help you promote your property to it's full advantage so therefore we prefer to familiarise ourselves personally, by telephone or e.mail, with prospective clients in order to offer a completely personal and friendly service.

Deposits and full payments are taken on bookings made anytime before 6 weeks of taking up occupation by the client . All other bookings within 6 weeks must be paid in full , and this can be within 1-3 days or occasionally next day bookings where card payments will be processed or payment required by cash on arrival . On receipt of payments , and all details confirmed , a copy of the booking form will be made available to the owner by post or e.mail. Payments to owners are made in full at the time of occupation by the client when all parties are fully satisfied with the property and the occupation of the property proceeds .The cancellation procedure is fully explained to clients at the time of their booking .

Our set up costs to you are 49.99 per year only to be paid when we receive your first booking. Commission is dependant on the level of service you require and is from 20%, and to be added to your required rental price.
